Anachronism: Moneyball

Keeping with my stated interests I've discovered an Anachronism in the movie Moneyball. Anyone who has seen the movie knows that Billy Beane's (Brad Pitt) daughter regularly plays an acoustic version of the song "The Show" by Lenka. I like the song, and I think it fits well in the context of the movie. However, the movie is supposed to take place during the 2002 MLB season and Lenka did not release that single until 2009. Obvious oversight by Aaron Sorkin? Or was Beane's daughter the victim of intellectual property theft?
